What is a collograph print? Collographs are created by cutting a design into a plate and then artistically inked. Ink pools in the carved areas creating dark marks, and the artist may choose highlights and shadows that may appear on the surface of the plate. While the design may be printed multiple times, due to the printing process each print is unique. I love the vintage look takes place with this type of printmaking.

This particular print is an artful rendition of the Kentucky Theatre in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. It is matted and ready to be framed in a 12x16in. frame.
